Jackie Madill's Protein Bar Recipe

1 cup soy protein powder
½ cup whole wheat flour
2 cups rolled oats (I use quick cooking)
½ cup bran
½ tsp cinnamon 
¾ tsp salt
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup chocolate chips or dried fruits (I used a combination of dried fruits
as choc chips melt in the summer!)
1 cup chopped nuts and seeds, your choice
1½ cup plain yogurt
¼ cup oil
2 tbsp vanilla

9x13 pan - oil
350 degree oven
Cook for 15 min and cut into bars.
Return to oven and cook another 15-30 min until brown (I find that 15 min is
enough, but keep an eye on them)
