125 mL (½ cup) hot water 125 mL (½ cup) rolled oats 250 mL (1 cup) low-fat yogurt (plain or flavoured) 50 mL (¼ cup) raisins 30 mL (2 tbsp) natural bran 30 mL (2 tbsp) honey 1 apple, cored and diced
In a bowl, pour hot water over rolled oats. Let stand for 20 minutes or until water is absorbed. Add other ingredients. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for up to 2 days. When serving, add various fruits for more flavor and fibre.
